Yes it was taken from a water tower and Yes it is of Alexian Field in Schaumburg.  You can see the  Schauburg water tower painted like a baseball with the "Flyers" logo on in the background.

A water tower in Rolling Ghetos is incorrect.

Woodfield Mall tower is incorrect  also.
