    In choosing

a QB I believe the Bears should hire Steve DeBerg as a consultant in selecting a QB that fits the Bears system. I myself would like to see a QB that is 6'4 238 pounds and can run the 40 under 4.85he has to have large hands, a soft touch on the ball, can throw the ball at least 50 yards. Is that too much to ask for?

Let the selections start right now!

I'd like to see how Orton does in the next several games.  He seems to be improving and if he continues to make steady progress, we may be in a position to draft for other needs such as WR or OL.

I think that having a guy who's capable of making quick decisions under pressure is more important than his size or 40 speed.

Wrong direction to go. This is football, not the "Red Light District". Large hands and a soft touch means that the QB can play in all kinds of weather, Chicago has all kinds of weather.

I also agree with the other responses about being able to draft other postions like OL and WR. I believe we are going to draft those postions anyway, maybe the Bears can draft those postion a round earlier. That would be great. I do believe a team should select a QB in every draft. Hey, if he is not needed he is still valueable for trade or development

I would like to see the Bears this year bring in a free safety to challenge D.Manning and add depth to the secondary.
