    Starting RB Dilemma!

I can start 3...I have Gore, Turner, McGahee, McLain, Hightower and Deuce.

I am stuck between McLain and McGahee vs. Colts...

    TURNER, GORE, DEUCE
I am a Grossman fan, but I will be an Orton backer.

No way i would start deuce over any of those guys. I'd go with Gore, Turner and McGahee since he is finally healthy again and is going up against the terrible colts run d minus bob sanders. Mcgahee is the starter over McLain

    Re: Starting RB Dilemma!

If you go by the Homer rule, you bench Turner against the Bears.

And with the Bears D, it actualy often makes a little sense. Here are the five main RBs against the Bears this year:

       K. Smith - 8 carries    31 yds

       Buckhalter - 16 for 66

       Graham - 12 for 16 (Dunn had 5 for 31)

       Stewert - 14 for 77

       Addai - 12 for 44

You could make a case for starting both McClain and McGahee against the Colts. Here are the RB combos against them this year:

       Forte 123, Jones 45

       Peterson 160, Taylor 18

       Jones-Drew 107, Taylor 121

       Slaton 93, Green 47

I, personally would go Gore, McClain and McGahee. But I am an admitted homer. I even benched Adrian Peterson against the Bears last year.

If you decide to start Turner, I would go with McGahee if you consider your scoring system balanced, yardage heavy, or get points per carry; otherwise McClain if you consider the scoring system TD heavy.

Good Luck. (Nice stable of RBs)

People here deserve to win. They deserve to have success. This is a blue-collar town. Everybody that comes to the game, they work hard the whole week and they take off their Sundays to come to a game to get excitement and relief from the reality of work, the daily struggles of life. I believe they deserve so much from us as a team.
