You can't turn a G ay pewrson straight, and you can't take the urge away from a child molester. Not that the two are related, but a person's sexual urges are pretty much set.  More evidence proves that every day.  There are even pedophiles that have requested castration in prison to stem the sex drive.

Personally, I say castrate the bastiges publicly with no anesthetic, right before torturing them to death.  If we are going to condone torture in theis country, let's use it right.

After my time in two military branches I went into Corrections and found out -

Rapists/Molesters NEVER CHANGE. If that is what turns them on, then thats it. A few pretend that they are better while locked up (Fake it till you make it) then do it again when getting out.

If you really want to punish them, to me anyway, let them roam gen. pop. Prisoners and outsiders aren't the same in many aspects, but in terms of child abusers and molesters, we pretty much all think alike. I agree completely. But I do believe that a child molester or a rapist can choose NOT TO act out on their fetishes. Most people have some sort of evil inside of them. But most people have learned how to suppress that evil - be it violence, forbidden lust or whatever.

Even a g ay person (not that I think there is anything wrong with that - because I don't) can suppress those actions and choose not to act out on them - just the same as a hetero person can choose to be celibate. That doesn't mean they still don't get horny. But if they choose to not act out on them they can.

Unfortunately there are some evil people in our society who haven't learned how to control violent behavior.
