Dont know what to make of this? but I can already tell its not a reinsdorf/williams project

alll to SAWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET for me
lmao like that right there 2008 WS
And we don't feel sorry for them at all.
viva_gsh:ozzie seems to love him but he takes too many home run hacks for my taste, i think hes gonna be in the lineup regularly until owens is healthy and they try to use jerry in the leadoff spot
Which would be vintage Ozzie: screw with the lineups.
Methinks Los Quentin, if he continues to keep up with his numbers, will still be in the regular lineup even if there is a healthy Owens to put in. Even with his home-run hacks, he still brings a respectable OBP to the table.
Thome gone when?
How about trading Konerko, put Swisher at 1st and then you can put Owens in center and Quentin in right.

I don't know, I still want Konerko on this team. While HRs aren't everything, you still gotta some big boppers in the lineup.
MikePhipps:I was thinking that Carlos Quentin almost looks like the second coming of Carlos Lee.
I wouldn't mind that...as long as he isn't as bad in the outfield, though...or the basepaths...

Konerko can at least play the field. All I'm saying is that the Sox cannot live forever with Thome, Konerko, and Dye hitting behind each other. It's too much clogging of the basepaths. Also, I don't think Dye has much more time in the outfield. The Sox have enough guys who are better fielders and Dye's leg injuries aren't helping him in the field. He can still hit though so it's my belief that him or Thome won't be on the team within the next year or 2. I am basing this on just what I think the Sox might be moving towards, especially if they don't want to rely on the longball anymore.
Yeah, Dye is proving a defensive liability. With PK, he hits into a lot of double plays it seems and rather than see his trade value dimish I would like to see us get something out of it. Prove me wrong, Paulie!
Timufcwwf:I think Dye can still play the field, people forget all the plays he made last season already.

yeah especially with aj and crede after them, plus quentin isnt the most fleet o'foot, i wouldnt mind a lil more team speed
id much rather keep konerko than thome but if we end up dealing paulie fields can always play first
