Well I heard Marcus Monk is so strong that he got in an arm wrestling contest with Sylvester Stallone that lasted 4 days and beat him in the end. I also heard he got in a sreet fight with Chuck Norris and beat him with his hands tied behind his back!!!!!!!!

 

I also heard that the real reason that the Fridge had a huge gap between his teeth is that Marcus Monk Knocked him out. And that Marcus is actually 156 years old!

Here is my TRUE story about Marcus Monk.  I was at training camp tonight and then when to the Dairy Queen near there.  A Big ole' International (some kind of expensive truck) pulls up and out came none other than Marcus Monk!  I got his autograph and asked him if he ever has read the Chicago Bears message boards about him.  He said no and I said he should check it out.  He said he would.  So if you are reading this....  I hope you have enjoyed your read.

BTW I would have shaken his hand, but I was worried that I would still be stuck to those hands!
