just following up, I called both Ritz Carltons last night, Buckhead was realy coy, saying something like "We can't confirm or deny that," I took it as a Yes.
The downtown one said They weren't aware of anything like that.  I'm guessing they are staying at Buckhead unless it was apart of a really elaborate plan to throw stalkers like us off.

just saying that number listed is for the Ritz Carlton Buckhead...let me know if you have any confirmation that number listed is a mistake.  I'm very interested in that.

“All I was trying to say is, we’ve got Chicago fans coming down, there’s going to be a lot of them, they get excited for their football team, they get excited to come to the game. So, in turn, them coming to the game brings a football atmosphere that I’m used to, and that gets me excited . ..richie incognito

    bonus on way in..

    John Abraham Defends the Dome

If you've visited AtlantaFalcons.com before home games this season you've likely seen the animation of a super hero-like John Abraham smashing through your monitor in a Ford truck and imploring you to "Defend the Dome."

This week at the Bears game, fans will get a chance to carry the motivation home with them. The first 10,000 Falcons fans through the gate at the Georgia Dome will get their very own John Abraham action figure (pictured above).

Re: BEARS/atlanta falcons TAILGATE week 6 Oct. 12th

I'm departing for atlanta tonight (got some business there saturday morning) but then its all fun from there... Only thing is I've NEVER been to the Georgia dome and have only tailgated for a few FSU games down here in tally. Past what time is it generally impossible to get decent parking; Also I've got a pregnant fiance coming so no alcohol for us this time :(

P.S... I've got to move back to chicago asap, having to HOPE for a bears game within a 4-5 hour drive from Tally every year is not fun !

Re: BEARS/atlanta falcons TAILGATE week 6 Oct. 12th

I hardly post on here, but some of the big members here now me and where I hang out.. :D

I called Halas Hall and confirmed they are staying at the DOWNTOWN Ritz. They list the Buckhead by mistake. I hope the nice lady I spoke to didn't try to throw me off. :D  I spoke with media relations and she was pretty specific on which one they were staying at. So I hope I spent $250 at the right hotel. :D

I'll also be at the game... From what I hear (from locals) the lots fill up quick.

Re: BEARS/atlanta falcons TAILGATE week 6 Oct. 12th

    FYI..

Just talked to the Falcons AND YOU WANT LOT "A" of the gulch, its actually NEXT to the parking deck and is open air, and that is where we will be.. the deck is lot "B"..

So look for the 40 ft flagpole with teh 2006 NFC champsionship banner and bear helmet flying and a red doge nitro and that will be us..

i still have a few pics i need to put up as well.  All my pics have the westin with the missing windows in the background by coincidence.  That looks pretty close to your spot.  T'was an awesome time until the last 11 seconds.  I will definitely go to another away game soon.
