Okay, put everything aside today: Bears injuries, 1 and 3, cubs loss, packers lucky 4 and 0, blah blah blah........  FOEGETABOWTIT!!!!!!!

Lets focus on how bad we are going to beat the crap out of Favre and his stinken macaroni and cheese team.  If there's anything left in us for this year it's to beat Green Bay, that's good enough for me, for now!!

WE WILL ALL BE AT BRUNO'S TONIGHT, SO BE THERE!!!!! (minus TRX440, he is excused, I guess, just for ONE though).  Also, we have to new Rookies joining us at Bruno's this week, so be nice!

Crap defense would of held the other AP to 175 yards.  What we saw Sunday was 11 armless punching clowns posing as Bear players.

And yet Urlacher still drops back into coverage...........

Sign a run stopping MLB and let the guy play outside already.  He11, move him to safety, we could use him there.

Senor Taco was definitely my highlight Sunday.

Just found about this on sunday from another fellow AZ Bears fan at Sandbar in Scottsdale.  I will be attending the game this sunday in Fountain Hills.

If anyone needs Bears memorabilia..jerseys, hats, shirts, etc. I have a few solid contacts and I have been collecting Bears jerseys for years.

Where is the guy who was wearing the Butkus jersey at Sandbar? Thanks for the heads up about brunos.

There were About 15 people in there.  It was lame.  I met a few guys like JYD and then headed over to Bruno's for the second half. 

I also stopped into Goldie's just to see how it was.  There were probably 30 fans total but they were scattered all around and the atmosphere was like Appleby's.

That's not how we roll at Bruno's.

I am looking forward to it.  Whats the grub situation at Brunos?

Bleak at best.  I like their Sliders.  They aren't really Sliders, they are small burgers.  Bust as far as small burgers go....they are good.  The only thing I have eaten besides that is the Wings and they are the worst.  My suggestion is get the Sliders to get you through the game and hit Senor Taco for a post game Fiesta.  It is the best Mexican in the Valley.  Bar none.

Okay okay, I know. I've been a no-show at Bruno's Bar, the last couple weeks. I miss you all, and it's not the same watching the game with out all your crazy butts.  :-(  Sorry guys, really!

BUT, hear me out, what do think about a field trip to another bar this Sunday for the Bears/Detroit game? Just once! Do you guys trust me? Have I ever steared you wrong before? Am I always looking out for the best of our AZ Bears Fans?  (answers: Yes, No, Yes). 

Who's in for meeting at "DIRTY DRUMMER" in Phoenix (Shea blvd./51-hwy)????   3375 E Shea Blvd, #602-996-1342 (call for detailed directions).

-Big plus, pretty much central location to most of us, (instead of the long hike to Fountain Hills for most) (but well worth it, Brunos does rock).

-Already lots of Bears fans established at the bar. About 25 Bear Fans, when I walked in the door. Plus, our group that was there, which were about 25 of us.

-Bears game on any tv's we want (all of them if we want), PLUS sound. Bears game playing on all the sorround sound speakers, as loud as we want (beleive me, I had him crank it, and he did).

-Tables set up where ever we want them, right in front of all the tv's.  2 big screens next to each other, plus a couple brand new big screen HD tvs, awsome clearity of the game.

-The "Bears Fight Song" is sung after every Bears score! (we missed Rob leading the song though)

-Bloody Mary bar, create your own!  :-)

-Oh, and for you smokers, all doors are open wide so you could stand right outside the doors and still see and hear the game with no problem!

Anyone know where a good place to see the Bears game near the Ahwatukee area?

CK's Tavern is the place from what I hear.  The guys I work with used to go there and they said they had big crowds. 

It's on Chandler just east of 40th street.

 

There is also Skip & Jan's at Priest and Elliot.  They are from Gary, IN.  I have watched some Sox games there in the past.  If there are Sox fans, there have to be Bear fans.  Plus it's an OTB if you like the ponies.

Everyone please let me know. I will miss Brunos for one week, but seriously, I am really sick and tired of the poor service. I have to wait 45 minutes for chicken fingers, plus they keep over charging me for beer that I did not order. When I ask them to change it, they say "Oh we will give you a free one next week." Then of course they don't the next week. I think it is Bull Crap!

Thanks, that was sooooo much fun at Dirty Drummer, Sunday!  You guys are so awsome.  I love my new Bears jersey and the Bears cakes were so great.  Unfortunately our Bears lost (sucks).  That was a wild time though, thanks again.  :-)

Lets all get together this Sunday, during our BYE week, and grill out and play some "Bags", eat some brats and sip on some "Old Styles", what do you say!  I'll send out an email later this week.
