Cubs All Time Winning Percentage 514

    White Sox- 506

Since Cubs and Sox have both been in existence

    100 Win Seasons Cubs 5, Sox 1

Cy Young- Cubs 4, Sox 3

    MVP's- Cubs 8, Sox 4

Batting Champs- Cubs 7, Sox 3

Home Run Champs- Cubs 18, Sox 3

Strikeout Champs- Cubs 11, Sox 6

    Pennants- Cubs 8- Sox 6

the Sox lead with one division title and 1 world series since they have both been in existence. Which cubs fans will never hear the end of.

I love the cubs, but also have enjoyed sox games, i woulndt mind having a few players from that team

Yea have you ever heard the notion "winning isn't everything it's only thing"

League champs cubs 1 sox 2

longest world series drought cubs 100 yrs sox 3 yrs

plus the cubs have a the worse nickname in sports
    "the lovable losers"

    GO SOX!!!!

Wow, the Cubs have only 1 league championship?

No wonder people wonder about the education level of the average Sox fan.

    2005 World Champs

2006 didn't even make the playoffs, kind of makes that title seem like a fluke.

    Ok, by that logic...

    Cubs - 1908 World Champs!!

    1909 - no playoffs?  1908 was definitely a fluke!!

Even though The Cubs won the World Championship in 1907 as well.

    Doh!

Cubs all the way for me.

Half my family are from the South Side, half from the North side.  Makes it difficult, but I'm a Cubs Fan.

    Soriano out 6 weeks

    By Paul Sullivan, 9:15 p.m.

Alfonso Soriano will be in a splint for three weeks with a broken bone in his left hand, and is expected to miss approximately six weeks of action.

X-rays of the hand taken at Northwestern Memorial hospital revealed a minimally displaced fracture of the left fourth metacarpal, located just under the fourth finger on his left hand.

Soriano was hit in the left hand by a pitch from Braves starter Jeff Bennett and was removed from the game for a pinch-runner in the second inning..

The Cubs will call up outfielder Micah Hoffpauir from Triple-A Iowa on Thursday to take Soriano’s place on the roster.

That is not good news, my friend. We all know how long it too Lee to fully recover from his hand injury.

Sox should even be considered a chicago team. Cubs always have 40,000 fans in the crowd. What do the sox have. I doubt half that.

Figure 9 weeks for him to get his timing back and get comfortable to make a diff.

Let's see, three years versus 100 years and counting...actually, I am a fan of both teams. Call it what you will, but I rooted for the Cubs when they broke my heart in 1984, then 2004, then a year later the Sox lifted my spirits.  Like the billboard says, baseball divides Chicago, while football unites it!  Given that, I have the right to like both teams, call it bandwaggoning what you will, but I do hope we see a Red line series.

A Super Bowl win will certainly enturtain me.
