    Wait, what?

The Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald set a new NFL playoff record this postseason with 30 receptions for 546 yards and 7 TDs including 2 scores in their Super bowl loss. Despite the Steelers' last minute heroics, Fitzgerald set a new NFL postseason for the record books with an incredible overall performance breaking Jerry Rice's twenty year record. Fitzgerald's performance in the Super bowl totaled 7 catches for 127 yards and 2 TDs including what appeared to be a late 4th quarter game winning score on a 64 yard TD reception.

    How is 7/127 2TD and a Loss better than 10/149 3TD and a Win?

I realize that you Grabowskis have a hard time comprehending things but postseason means the entire playoffs as in 30/546 7 TDs.
Once again I repeat...THE BEST POSTSEASON IN NFL HISTORY!!

Re: CARDINALS Dont stand a chance Playing us...

I understand we may be in a 'rebuild mode' of sorts... but laying down and dying is not what we are going to do. Teams don't do that - they try hard, and either suck or they succeed. We are in the middle somewhere. ARI may be the favorites, but I'm telling you, we will win. We don't know what kind of team we are yet - we have most of the season to play still. I agree, it looks tough based on last year's teams, but we field a different team than last year, and so do they (a 1/3 of any roster turns over every year thru draft, trade, and FA).

The part that tickles me pink is THIS: Everyone on CBMB clamors for this position switch or that, make this adjustment or that... well, it's starting to happen like we all want (Hilly back at MLB, Beekman in for Omifail, for instance)... and STILL the doom and gloom scenario! I swear, you get what you want, and still see the glass as half empty. LET THE SEASON PLAY OUT... make all these rash assessments when we are a LOSING team, not above .500 or even at .500. Our WR's are playing better than we thought, we are getting what is actually a good performance out of our QB (line and R. Turner considered), our D seems to be bouncing back a bit, and our ST is still pretty awesome. Once the oline fixes itself, can we REALLY complain?!? Well, other than R. Turner... and the cover 2 schemes..

Well I don't know about a blow out or rolling over the cardinals. The bears can sometimes be weird on games, meaning how we can beat good teams with swag, and sometimes lose or barely win against bad teams. Anyway I don't care if we win by 30 points or 1, as long as it is a win! I believe our chances are good against the cardinals, and I hope we win! GO BEARS!

I don't think they will handle the weather well. They seem to always play poorly on the road, especially when the conditions aren't very nice. Nice opportunity to get a W streak going.

Arizona is undefeated on the road this year...I'm not sure what the forecast was 5 days ago, but we're looking at a high of 63 and sun. Not really the most catastrophic conditions.

Not sure how the weather will treat them, but the years haven't been so kind to the birdies. The last year they had a winning road record was 1976.
The fans gathering at Murphy's Pub in Forest Park, listening to a live broadcast of the Score and watching Bears brass explain how they'd done the unthinkable.
"The money plays a big part", general manager Jerry Angelo said.
Dave Otto of Tinley Park, for one, was surprised the McKaskey family agreed to spend so much money. "I'm not positive Virginia knows what's happened yet", he said.
