It was so nice to see everyone last night.....not. I don't think Native New Yorker is going to work out. It is too far plus nobody showed up

What! Nobody showed up! I thought everyone was going there. You missed a huge Indain brawl that went and smashed the new OTB betting windows. Oh thats right none of that happened. Go Bears!

    Re: ...

Santisi's right off I-17 and Bell Rd is a great place to watch the Bears play. We average about about 15-20 Bear fans a game there and usually win the "Battle of the Sound" so that the bar plays the sound for just the Bears game on the speaker system in the bar. They also have about 50 other big screens so you can peak at other games if you have a fantasy football team

Well, I - for one - am going to have to stick with the east side of the valley for now on... too quiet at the NNY since your fanny wasn't there LOL.  Sooooo, after the 1st quarter found a NOISY Bear crew.

Old Chicago (US 60 and Alma School) was populated with Bear jerseys from one end to the other - and they serve Old Style (yeah - in a CAN of course : ) )....

So, if any of you gouse wanna join us, you are most welcome.  I know a lot of people may not make it next week due to the early kick-off - I'm outta town, and I know others are too.  BUT - be there for week 3 for sure.

    Heidi <---- how 'bout that #22 FortE?  WHAT a rookie : )

    *AZ Bears Fans -ATTENTION***

Lets get this original (old Bruno's bar) AZ Bears Fan Group back together!!!

It's not that hard.  We are the biggest, best, group of all AZ, and you know it.  Now let's go out there and kick some but (oh wait, sorry, I thought I was in the locker room giving a pep talk, ha!)

***Keep in mind people: being we no longer have Bruno's as our Bears bar, and we are definitely finding a new Bears Den (bar) for this season, it's gonna take a little time.  Bruno's was amazing, and we had probably the LARGEST bears fan turnout in AZ, through out all the seasons.  I am constantly having more and more Bears fans (in AZ) sign up on our email list, and wanting to know where we are all watching the games at this year. (And get "old chicago" and "santisi" bars out of your head, WE ARE BETTER THAN THAT PEOPLE).

Making that happen again is REAL, but we have to put a little time and alot of dedication and effort into it.  And jumping on the complaining wagon, right off the bat, does not help.  And note: night games are the toughest of all games, for a good turn out to watch the games together.

We need to agree and committ to a place, that's it.  So than, all we need to think about and spend our energy on is watching and cheering on our Bears (and sipping on those cold ones) for the remaining of the Bears season.

If I have everyone's commitment and agreement on one place for THIS SUNDAY'S GAME, we could in fact make this happen.  It's not that hard.

***I will send out an official BEARS DEN (BAR) LOCATION/NAME/INFO, BY THURSDAY.

At Old Chicago it is guaranteed that we will have the sound and at least beer is cheap.

Yeah I'd like to know where I need to go to watch the game with some really good bears fans. Last year I didn't get to catch a lot of games, and we lost because of it.

Please tell me where I need to go in a large blue and orange font.

You'll be told and then the person getting it together won't show.

Native New Yorker should be one of  the places to see the games in the north east valley. Rob aka trx440 does a good job coordinating all the local Bears fans to one spot.

Missed this posting before today's game.  But, we used to hang out at the Cave Creek Roadhouse.  And we're desperate for a new Bear's Den.

    How has NNY panned out?
