This needs to stop. We all need to settle on whether we go to Brunos or Native. I went to Native during week 1, and there wasn't many of us. It really pissed me off. However, the service there was better than Brunos. But I like brunos because its tradition.

Go where the F you want to go! I'm a grown man,I can make my own decisions. I go where I want .I don't need to go where everyone SAYS they are going to show and they don't. I go to Bruno's because its close and My drinks are 90/10 booze. I could care less if there was 2 people or 200 people where I watch the game. Have fun and enjoy the game wherever you want.

    That is all.

AZ Bear Fans - Game 2

NATIVE NEW YORKER - Scottsdale (90th st. & Via Linda), was a blast!  Thanks everyone that showed up to cheer on Da Bears.  We all had so much fun.  Lots of true Bears fans, I lov(ie) it. To bad we lost, but we'll win next game for sure.

We had an AWSOME turnout (25 plus), and continuously growing strong.  Lots of new faces. Welcome all you Rookies!  (we missed you Urlacher1285 and TRX440)

Sound was adjusted to the volume we requested (super loud), lots of nice extra extra large new very clear tvs (Bears on any tv we wanted, including the main one), $2.00 PBR's (cold), let us be as crazy and loud as we wanted (wild Chicago fans), pretty much let us run the place.  Great place that welcomes (and could handle) are crazy chicago group, with open arms!!!!

    Special Request Updates:

    - Let Chicagokid's jeep (that now has a new license plate: "WPayton"), park inside the bar to play the Bear's "fight song":    the manager finally gave me his first "NO", (actually is was more like "Angeline, Please No")

    - Half-time Old Style tailgating in the bar's parking lot:   at your own risk (cooler of Old Style behind the bushes on the left side of the main door). Ha!

See you all next Sunday, same time / same place!!!!!

If you would like to be included in the AZ Bears Fans Email List, to stay in the Chicago Loop (ha), email me at:  AngelineJohnson@cox.net

I don't know where I'm goin' Sunday... we'll see how I fare after the ASU/Georgia game (wearin' my Cubbie hat for good luck!).  With the Loop 101 goin' north closed on Sunday - not sure I want to head up to NYY.

All I know is...I've got my Chicago Bear "temporary tattoos" ready to go! Whoo hoo : )

Da Bears are gonna pulverize the griese Bucs... just my opinion.

Re: AZ Bear Fans - Colts/Bears Game

Aunt Zeek and I are going to Brunos this Sunday. I can understand people complaining about the distance. I live at 114th ave and Olive. I might as well book a flight to Fountain Hills. And driving home from Scottsdale after a bloody mary breakfast is no joy either. We do it when we can, we enjoy hanging with you guys. I've been here 3 years and the 2006 season with you guys helped to ease the pain of missing the freinds and family that we used to spend our Sundays with.

There is a new Bear fan transplant that may be tagging along with us. Never met him, but I have committed to show him the best group of fans in the state. And I'd like to show him where it all began for me.

It can be Native New Yorker for the rest of the season, this week it's Brunos.

If I can get up and out the door at 8:30 on a Sunday morning, drive 60 miles, party like a rockstar, and get back home avoiding the flashing lights.....You guys can join me for one week!

Where in the *** hell is the Bears defense when it matters! I can tell you where one guy was, he was showing how tuff he was a got a personal foul. Act like the veteran and team leader you are supposed to be. I understand it a emotional game but you still have to understand the situation.

To be fair, Des Clark droped that ball going in to the endzone, Forte had that ball hit him right in the hands in the endzone and Davis let that ball go right between his hands.

    AZ Bear Fans-Game 3

    Hey AZ Bear Fans!

Last Sunday was a BLAST.  We had so many True Bears Fans at Native New Yorker, to watch and cheer on our boyz. (Unfortunately we lost.)  I don't think there was an open (Bears) seat in the house. Though we could always make more room for Bears fans! What an amazing turn out.  We have such a great fun group that has created this year.  Lets keep it up. And sounded like some of us have been practicing their Bears Fight Song.  Sounded great (and loud)!

This Sunday is a night game, and I know it's tough for most to crawl off those couches at home and come out to the bar to watch the game.  But you know you'll miss us while watching Da Bearz.  So come on out.

See ya this Sunday night at Native New Yorker.  Game 4!!!!  GO BEARS................................

    UPDATE:

-I've included those newbies who have emailed me requesting to be added to the AZ BEARS FANS EMAIL LIST.  Welcome!  I think I added about 6 more fans.  Rock on!!!!

-To the girl wearing the bears hat at last game.  Awsome Bears fuzzy hat, we all loved it.

-The obnoixious annoying fan (for some other team) that was at the last game, will not be attending any further games.  I've made that clear. Crazy Bears Girl, you don't have to worry about wasting another beer by throwing it on him again.  Enjoy your beer and game (PAM)!!!!  :-)

We did have that Bruno's Bar rockn a couple years ago (good timez). Looks like they used the exact same article they printed out a couple years back, as well. To funny!  It would be nice if they could update there article and include more up to date information about what/where the latest and greatest Bears Den is these days. I'm going to look into it, HA!

Thanks for the update Bruno's Boys.

I agree, I'm working on changing that Native "New York"(ick) sign outside the bar to something else. They haven't gotten back to me regarding my request yet, still pending!

But Natureboy, I was hoping you'd help me with that, I hear you "know someone" who is good at rearranging letters from bar signs on the outside of  bar establishments. Example: "Fountain Hills Bowl" "Fountain Hills owl". Huuummmmm...........  :-)

SEE YOU ALL AT NATIVE NEW YORKER -Scottsdale (90th & ViaLinda) THIS SUNDAY!!!!!
