go to profile on the top right, click avatar, then upload the picture you want and then click update..make sure you click "enabled" on the top and then click save on the bottom.
If you want a banner/pic in your sig(just make sure it's not too big and make sure theres no nudity/profanity)
go to your profile on the top right, click bio/signature in the signature box you put there following(but without the periods) [img...]INSERT URL HERE[/img...]
just copy and past the url of the pic you want in the middle and copy and paste the whole thing into the sig box and take out the 3 periods in each bracket and you should be good to go.
