Sox should even be considered a chicago team. Cubs always have 40,000 fans in the crowd. What do the sox have. I doubt half that.

I asked that uniform question sarcastically in response to the same rhetorical BS pushed by Cubs fans: the Cubs are popular evidenced by their attendance numbers—a popularity contest, kinda like high school. You get it? It's so basic, not complicated at all to understand.

Wow, the Cubs won a three-game series against the White Sox, wow.  Until the Cubs win it all, White Sox fans will continue hanging the 2005 championship over their heads, because, after all, it's been less than 100 years, hasn't it? 

Hey, I'm a fan of both teams, though.  Been through the disappointment of the 84 Cubs, and the 2003 Cubs.  This year, if the Sox can't do it, I wouldn't mind the Cubs doing it, but for some reason, I can't see it until it actually happens.  The Cubs just have a history of big disappointment and this one would be one of the biggest if they don't win it all if they finish with the best record in baseball at the end of the year.

Speaking of sweeps, I was at the game in Tampa when the Rays, of all teams, completed their sweep of the Cubs.  Better hope the NL wins the all-star game because despite how good the Cubs' home team record is, they can't seem to hold an AL team's jock on the road...maybe except the White Sox in this case...lol, but we'll see this weekend at the Cell.

IIRC, its been since 1946??? that EITHER team made the playoffs 2x in a row. Heck, they FIRE guy's who go one and done three years in a row.....
