I REALLY REALLY missed all of your crazy butts, and not able to watch the game with all of you at Bruno's this last Sunday night.  I had my wisdom teeth pulled, and was not up to going to the bar.  So I just watched it with my sister and some other friends at home.  Just wasn't the same though.  I felt so guilty not hanging with my official AZ Bears Crew.

I will see you all next Sunday for sure!  And can't wait to meet the new-comers, Cola and Mom.  Great to hear more girls are out to represent.  Hope you had a fun first time at Brunos yesterday night.  Welcome to the AZ Bears Fan Crew!

What an awsome game though, BEAR DOWN!!!!!!!!!

How's it goin' everybody. I've been looking for a Bears bar in Phx for years and never thought to look here!

I watched one game in the West Valley at the Fox and Hound. They had a room that appeared full of bears fans and the game was a big screen with audio. I haven't had to go back since everygame since has been on TV.

It's nice to hear we have so many Bears Fans here in the valley!

My wife and I have tickets to the MNF game on the 16th and were wondering if anyone has tailgating plans?

    Chekm8,

Welcome to the board.  What part of the valley do you live in?  Do yourself a favor and go to Bruno's next Sunday.  It is going to be packed.  With  the TV games we've had lately alot of fans have been staying home but next week vs. the Bills is back to NFL Ticket programming.

That being said, we had a good turnout last night.  There were still 30 people in attendence.

    Hope to see you there,

    Rob

That's so cool looking.  You made that?  What's it made of?  Definitely bring it to Brunos for this Sunday's game.

I'm glad you had a great time at Bruno's.  I'm usually there, but couldn't make it this last game, (wisdom teeth pulled, so I stayed home).  But I will be there next Sunday of course!  Hope to see you there!  BEAR DOWN!!!!!

Well I have an 11 month old at home and my Hubby works Sundays so there will probably be a number of Sundays I can't make it :( I did tell my husband all about it and about how much fun we had, we're going to try and see if we can't get a sitter one of these days he has off and both of us will go down there :)

    Go, Go Bears G.O.B.E.A.R.S!

There's quite a few bears fans every sunday at Native New Yorker on Mesa Dr and Brown in Mesa.

Whats everyones plans for tail gating at the MNF game?  I'm trying to decide what time I should get there to catch all the pregame broadcasts and drinking.

There something  wrong with having to watch a Bears game at a place with New York in it's name.  There are a few places over in Mesa that get decent Bear fan turnouts.  Too bad they all can't get together.

eewwwww that place is sooo haggarded. I worked at the walgreens across the street from there. I wouldn't wanna hang out by there cause they caught those two serial killers just down the street from there. Plus how can there be bear fans at a place where they have buffalo bill stuff on the windows. Thats like me asking for a fighting irish sweater at a BYU gift shop in their stadium. I feel kinda bad for the mormons that had to deal with Jim McMahon during his years from college. Im sure he devirginized a bunch of them. Anyways come to brunos dude, its not a flashy bar or anything in that nature, but its cool and has a nice atmosphere. Plus I like it cause one of the bartenders thinks im a handsome lil boy and gives me a $2 bar tab for 2 pitchers of beer, one pint plus a dozen wings.

It must be the shaggy hair Rob, i told you girls like guys with lots of hair.

Well pretty much it seems to be all the guys that live in the moorings across the street and we like to get pretty drunk and rowdy and drinking and driving in maricopa is like commiting suicide its nice to be close to home.    We tend to average 10-15 bears fan every week the game isn't nationally televised.

thats true, i got arrested last year for a DUI. But i blew .000 on the scene. The judge immediatly threw the case out. It was a gilbert cop. I don't understand how you can arrest someone for suspicion of alcohol when i just blew a .000 in to your lil machine.

    Week 4 - Roll Call

    Who's in from Bears.com?

Remember, you get the next Sunday [the 15th] off cuz of the MNF game with the Cards.

You know we are gonna hang 30+ on this poor franchise so there will plenty of singing and fun to be had by all.  This will be the greatest turnout in Bruno's history, so don't miss it.

Plus we will be able to coordinate the tailgate party for the MNF game.
