I dunno, the last few White Sox games have been total brawls. It's a wonder an eye wasn't taken out. Guess they'll settle for throwing players out instead, eh?
MikePhipps:Now now kids, there's no need for anybody to lose an eye or something over their fan allegiance.
Packer/Ninerhater:Well, if your team would quit getting in brawls all the time.............
neverDIEeasy34:really? being in first place from the first game of the season to the last game of the season is a fluke? 2 sweeps in the post season and 11-1 overall postseason record of the best teams in baseball is a fluke? anyone who brings up us not making the playoffs in 06 is a moron. we one over 90 games, had a great team and season, and there was nothing we could do with detroit being an amazing team that year. everyone picked them to win the series until they were upset by the cardinals. i HATE it when cub fans bring this (CBMB Modbot edit) up. you have NO ROOM TO TALK.
OK dude, please note the words in red. If the Sox were in 1st place at the last game of the season they would have made the playoffs as they would have won their division. Now who's the moron?
Just in case you can't figure that out, the moron would be you.
Al Michaels: Packer/Ninerhater:Well, if your team would quit getting in brawls all the time.............Yeah, that's true, they should probably leave it to the fans. Wonder why these stories don't get more publicity? http://www.dailyherald.com/story/?id=224598Something about those 3 on 1 fights that makes these Cubs fans act tough. I wonder if they'd have enough "balls" to do something like this against a Philly fan.
If you throw a full can of beer or Red Bull at a bus, you deserve to have your a** beaten.
now I understand... Sorry I called you a moron.

neverDIEeasy34:i was talking about the 05 season. my reply didnt post correctly - some guy on the front page said not making the 06 playoffs made our 05 season look like a fluke.... to which i replied - really? being in first place from the first game of the season to the last game of the season is a fluke? 2 sweeps in the post season and 11-1 overall postseason record of the best teams in baseball is a fluke? i would think that the comments about or postseason record would of helped you figure out i was talking about 05... since you were so nice in pointing out, that we didnt make the playoffs in 06.
milky:CUBS ALL THE WAY... any real Bears Fan should know that Da Bears home feild used to be Wrigley. On a side note note I heard that the Blackhawks were playing a game at Wrigley this year vs. Detroit...that should be pretty cool an outdoor hockey game in the middle of January. Make sure you were your mittens.
My favorite response to that article:
"Yeah Sox fans would NEVER beat anyone up...unless they were dressed like an Umpire or 1st base coach."
The guys that did this are scum for sure but the Sox aren't immune.

Cubs fans berate that whole Ligue situation to the point of redundancy, yet they act like they're the most innocent. In fact, in another thread, I've made that argument. Cubs fans are involved in far more incidents, but they like to turn a blind eye to that. As for me, personally, I don't care what people think of me being a Sox fan. You wanna call me some crazy drunkard who gets into fist-fights, knock yourself out. While I get into fights, I never drink, but what can you do, right? That's half the stereotype at least.
I can say the same exact thing. Call me whatever, I d
