Brum Bear, it's cool to see a website in the UK dedicated to the Bears. Are there any other NFL teams which such support across the Pond? 

Regarding Cubs/Sox, I don't know why such the friction. I enjoy both teams, and will jump on any bandwagon that'll take me closest to a championship. Three years ago, it was the White Sox, and I got a funny feeling with all the attention the Cubs have been getting, like in 2004, it may end up being the Sox pulling the rug from under again.

Same holds true for the Cubs, or do you think that they will somehow hold on to the division?   They will fade out and the Cardinals will take thier place on top of the division once again.  One more thing, you need to stop stereotyping all White Sox fans, we are all not like what you think all sox fans are.  Same can be said about cubs fans but I prefer to ignore the war of words and just watch my team win baseball games.  The use of profanity really shows the type of class the cubs fans really have, so with that said, I'm out.

Of course we've got more "thug" fans, look where the friggin' stadium's located. Use some common sense. And...picking fights is not a thug mentality. That's just what men do in all kinds of situations, including--get this, a real shocker--competition! It's in our nature. Of course, it's foolish for me to think a Cubs fan would know this.

I'm still failing to see how the Cubs are better though. They split the season series. The only difference I see is in the W-L column, but I only attribute that to poor NL competition.

OK now for the truth. I coulda stayed on as long as i wanted.....i just got tired of the drive and the traffic so i did'nt re-up after completing my last season there. Just a side-job anyways. And..... i never said that all the Cub fans were angels...just that there were a higher %age of Sox fans who were instigators. I'm done with this Cubs / Sox stuff. It's played up waaaaay too much and....if you really think about it...its just stupid and silly. Enjoy yourself.
