Since i was 7 yrs old and could really get into football and remember the games lol, so about 23 years for me since i'm 30 now.  I remember the game when (i can't remember the team) the guy slammed Jimmy Mac on the ground and damn near seperated his shoulder and then he comes back 2 quarters later and throws a game winning Touchdown. Classic.

Since I was kid.  But this is the first year that I've gotten really into Bears football to the point that I feel like I live on this message board.

I have been a fan for 22 years.  The first time I ever paid attention to a "real" game was Super Bowl 20 when I was 8.  I watched the game because I was fascinated with the Super Bowl Shuffle and all the non-essentials of football (I grew up with my dad being an Eagles fan, HELLO!).  The definite moment for me was when I saw the Fridge score a TD and I thought it was so cool that a defensive player scored an offensive TD.  From that minute forward, I have been a fan, even in the dark dismal 90s!  The first time I ever got to go to Soldier Field was the Sept 2006 Detroit game...best day of my life!  I was lucky enough to see them out here in Dirty Jerz twice that magical season with the Giants and Jets games in November.  I got to go back out again this fall for the Minnesota game (heartbreaking), and I hope to see them again this season.

42 years since 1966 saw them on TV saw Butkus and Sayers right then and there i knew these guys were bad ***, perennial losers maybe but i was the type of kid who liked where they played, how they played, and i found myself wanting to know more and more about them, i liked their uniforms, and the fact that they were called the bears, and i began reading anything i could find about the team and their history.

i've been a bears fan since '85 with the superbowl shuffling champs! looking forward to getting back and winning it at least 3 more times so we can be in the catagory of other franchises who have at least 4 superbowl titles, our historic franchise should be in that catagory

My dad's a fan and got me into it in 1985!

Never been to a NFL game and I want my first to be in Chicago, when the Packers come to get another beating!!!
