I dont necessary feel lovie will be gone if we have a bad season, but with him taking the reigns on calling the defense it definetly puts him more in the spotlight.  Now if he turns the defense around to their old form then he wont be going anywhere for a while, regardless of making it to the playoffs or not.

Absolutely!  Lovie is taking over the defense.  We have a franchise QB and RB.  If the team misses the playoffs, Lovie should be gone.
