V & V's in Bartlett for thin crust...hidden gem.

You can do no better than Lou Malnati's deep dish with the sausage patty...no way no how.

For me, it will always be Gino's East. I can't imagine there being any better pizza in the world.

Home Run Inn up on 31st Street by Kedvale park, played my Little League there and the coaches would take us to HR Inn right across 31st street after a game. Still the best pie to this day!

I'm not a fan of Unos. Not one bit. It is not what it used to be. I've been to an Unos some where in the Charleston, SC area. My brother lives down there and we went to Unos a few years ago. It wasn't very good. You've got to come up to Chicago for the real stuff. In my book, Gino's East and Giordano's are the best deep dish in Chicago. For thin crust, I like Nancy's the best. Beggar's is also pretty good.

I've actually eaten at the original Uno's, one in the Wis Dells and 1 here in Brookfield and your right, there is a difference in taste and the Chicago one was best. Of course maybe it was just the atmosphere.

It's all subjective, but I usually like Giordanos' or Lou Malnati's.
