Both QBs have been good, with the slight edge on Rivers who has more fantasy points.

Tough call here. Both are division rivalry games.  I think Washington has a slightly better D that the Raiders, then again, Taylor is out and they usually play Dallas pretty tough.  Still though, I'd lean towards Romo because he has a more explosive offense and playmakers around him.

Historically, Romo has torn Washington up. He's got 6 tds and 1 int in two games (1 home/1 away) with a 4 td game coming last year in Dallas. That being said, Oakland is horrible, but may surprise San Diego who's heads are probably huge from their blowout win vs. NYJ. Rivers is not going to throw 3 tds every game, like he has so far.

Its really a toss up and you probably can't do wrong with either. My suggestion: Romo.

Stop watching ESPN for anything other than highlights (especially NFL Live), it only makes you a worse human being. Scour the internet for stats, vids, and non-bias commentary... you'll be much more of an intelligent fan.

I would start Tony just because of all the talent, but Rivers wouldn't be too bad either.  Although  Rivers has never played that great against Oakland in his career, 4tds 2Ints 532 yards in 4 games.

I'm going with Romo. Not too many fantasy football managers have this "luxury" of having to choose between these two. I have good "strategery."
