Re: Ready to to go training camp

It is in Bourbonnais,IL. Closest is Bradley,IL. Kankakee,IL is nearby.
This is NOT AN exciting area. I have family there and spent MANY SUMMERS there as a small child with my grand parents and have been back many times recently. There is no LUXURY in this town so don't worry about spending top dollar.

If you don't care about night life etc - you can stay in the area. If you want more to do come 30 miles north to the suburbs or something.

There is a sports-bar - bar and grill place called OLIVERS in The Quality INN and suites in Bradley. John Clayton from NFL Network etc did a show there with some radio people and had a bunch of people there. Atmosphere is ok and food is decent.
This is my only recommendation as it is the only place I have actually been there.
DO NOT STAY IN KANKAKEE. The actual town is not recommended.

AGAIN NOT EXCITING place. But always good to see the BEARS !!
    GO BEARS!
