Whats it like in a actual bears game?

Is the atmosphere a good place for kids? Or is it a bunch of drunk idiots screaming and giving you a hard time? can you actually see well from all the way up the stadium?

Re: Whats it like in a actual bears game?

You can see the field well from pretty much every seat.

You will probably get a hard time like anytime you go to another teams stadium but nothing life threatening or out of line I'd say. Saints fans would tell you different, but they are liars.

It's great for kids. The fans are very courteous and aware of the children so they are careful of their language. You hardly ever see anyone peeing in the sinks like the old Comisky park. Concessions are clean and the food is reasonably priced. A family of 5 can eat all day for under $10. Parking is convenient, plentiful and free.

Tell me about it. By the time I buy a couple of rounds for me, my wife and the kids, I've spent around $128.

I'm not kidding here: wear some adult undergarments. You can miss 20-30% of the game if you have to pizz before or after half time because the lines to the bathrooms are so long

Most of them are like 10 or 13 or whatever. Drinking age. We don't let the little one drink though.

Re: Whats it like in a actual bears game?

I would say that if you kids are older than 10 you are fine. There are family sections so if you can get seats there, all the better.

I am in the upper 400s and I will not take my daughter until she is much older.

I remember when I was in kindergarten that some of my classmates would tell me that their parents would let them drink beer. I'unno, my family is really uptight about alcohol, that's why I asked.

This is an instant classic. Seriously though after going to the United Center you really miss all the things that make that place great. I really wish Solider was that nice but it would be tough to part with that place...even if I am of the minority that thinks the place looks stupid now.
