Wasn't it all just hype?  He was trying to get votes while he was on dancing with the stars.

I remember reading something a few months ago saying that Tommy hadnt contacted warren about setting anything up.  Sounds to me like it never happened and probably wont happen. 

This whole thing started as a phone interview that Mully and Handley were doing with Sapp while he was whoring himself out for votes on Dancing with the stars.

He said that he would be willing to work with Tommie, but that they've never spoken about it and he'd expect Tommie to contact him.

 

It was all just BS IMO.

No, Tommie said they are working out when OTA's are over, so I assume they are now.

Exactly.  If they are working out now, it's because Sapp got shamed into living up to what he said he would do.  Frankly, I heard the interviews with Sapp and it was 99% PR for his Dancing stint.

I don't care how it happens, Tommie just being around Sapp should help his game. Yes, Sapp does stuff like Dancing with Stars, but you gotta admit he is a HOF'er and could light a fire under Tommie's... not to mention he's a loving disciple of Marinelli.

Crossing fingers this happens and jump starts an All-Pro type year for Tommie.

Tommie doesn't need more training. He needs his knees to hold up.

Eh i remember watching sometime around the NFL combine. And Warren Sapp said he's been trying to get Harris to play hard on every down. It didn't sound like they were working out togeather. More that Sapp was trying to motivate him just by talking to him.

But if there working out now that would be great

I'm not sure what Sapp's motivation for suggesting that he would work with Tommie was, but when he was asked later, he said Tommie never returned my call.  His dancing with the stars vote took place at the end of the November.  He was talking to Mully and Hanley after the Bears season ended so all the talk on this board about him whoring for votes  is wrong.  Sapp is a likeable BSer, but it had nothing to do with his dancing gig.
