Hey! That article talks about WR Alex Bannister from 2006! Sign Him!

Shoot man... if you let this group of guys get under your skin you'll be butt naked in the crazy house eating cat poop with knitting sticks.

I thought they still owed Brian Griese money this year though... I read previously he was still getting 1.5 Mil from the Bears against the cap.. I know he is still on that same contract because the Bucs didn't give him a different or new deal after the trade.. but it doesn't mention it.

Why would Tait retiring create dead space, it was his choice and it still hurts the team?

I'm sure that's in the CBA but it doesn't sound right to me.

Okay, dumb question:  How can Tait count for dead cap space if he retired?

any unamrotized signing bonus left , even if retired/traded or quits is then automatically put into that years cap, in taits case it wa sthe last year if his 6 years deal and unamortized SB.. but you save his 4.8 mill salary, so really doesn't hurt team

Why does the article say we have about 6.5 million in dead space, but the salary cap thread says we have just over 9 million? Also, the article doesn't have Moose or Griese listed, but the salary cap thread does
