Even if you don't Tailgate with us.....you are always welcome to e-mail me your questions about parking, tailgating, chicago, the stadium, tickets (I don't have any for sale, but I can help you choose the right pair on the open market), PSLs, etc., etc....

One of the questions I get all the time is - - - where (or with whom) can we Tailgate before the games we aren't hosting.  Since we are only hosting 3 regular season parties in 2009, there are 5 games that we WON'T be hosting (Lions, Cardinals, Eagles, Rams and Packers)

For games we aren't hosting, I usually let people know about Bears Jimmy's Party van and Timmy from Da Bus.  If anyone is interested in hosting out of town fans, first time tailgaters, etc....  use this thread to give people your contact information!

Do you know what time the South parking lot will open at on Sunday?

According to the website, all parking lots open at 11:15 am.

How much is parking in mccormick south lot and can you bring full sized gas grills.

If you are referring to 31st st. It is $25 this year and yes you can bring a full size grill, along with all the other amenities you might have. GO BEARS RIP UP SOME STEEL CURTAIN!

Time to start thinking ahead to the next Tailgate Party.

Our Steeler's Tailgate was a fun one.  160 guests from 19 different states and 3 different countries.  (About 40-50 of the 160 were Pittsburgh fans)

Some "stats" from our first party of the season:

* 1127 Beers consumed

* Finished off 23 bottles of liqour (including 9 bottles of Vodka!)

* 220 Hot Dogs / 22#s of Portillo's Beef / 120 Pub Burgers (take that overpriced concession stands inside the stadium)

NEXT PARTY - SUNDAY NOVEMBER 1st - CLEVELAND BROWNS

We will have three Special Guests @ this Tailgate:

1.  Bush's Baked Beans.  They will be on-site doing cooking demonstrations.  They will also have lots of free giveaways (including free samples of their famous beans).  There will also be a cooking competition (Throw Down Style) with some awesome prizes!

2.  Tailgater Monthly Magazine.  The Editor & Publisher will be in the lot handing out Free copies of the October issue.  We handed out close to 300 copies of the September issue before the Lions game.  Hopefully we will have even more for the Brown's game.  Tailgater Monthly will also be taking pictures for the December Issue!

3.  Chi-Town Custom Cornhole.  These guys make some of the best boards I've seen.  The best part is they do the artwork to your specifications.  They will have several sets of boards on display.
