    MJ's hall of fame induction

I don't know how you guys feel about this weekend but this is a big deal to me.  I was born in the 80's so my first experience in sports was Michael.  My dad had me hooked from the first bulls game we ever watched.  Watching Jordan through my younger years was an amazing experience that is hard to explain the emotion involved.  I lived and died with the Bulls through Michael's tenure.  Not sure about you guys, but I will be watching Jordan's final day on the biggest stage as he closes another chapter in his basketball career.

I remember when Jordan retired the first time I think I was 10 or 11 years old and I cried as if my dog had died.  I didn't understand why he had quit the game, I was too young.  But I also remember those two famous words........."I'm Back" and I still remember I was watching TV in the living room with my Dad.  Sad to say that sports could be involved with one of the best days of your life, but it was also one of the happiest and best memories that I have looking back.

Thank you Michael for all the memories!!!

michael is the greatest athlete that has ever played any sport period.not even close, the thing that seperated him from the rest was his will to win.the day he retired they should have inducted him.

Re: MJ's hall of fame induction

A lot of basketball fans have declared that the Bulls were carried exclusively by Michael Jordan throughout their six championship seasons. Along the way, Michael had some viable help from the likes of John Paxson, Scottie Pippen, Steve Kerr and Toni Kukoc.
However, the Bulls franchise rested on Michael's enormous shoulders. Not only is he the greatest professional basketball player of all time, he has also been among the greatest competitors as well. There was something unique inside of him and that was what has made him so special. Now that his career is over, I hope that Michael enjoys his Hall of Fame induction to the fullest and enjoys his retirement as well. Although retirement will not give him the thrills that his NBA career once had, my wish for Michael is that he gets to relax along with having a magnificent life when it comes to family and business. Michael is not only an American icon but a hero in the great sportstown of Chicago. I have now ran out of things to say although a lot more will probably come to mind later on.

    Yours Truly,
