So I've been waiting like everyone else on the season ticket list for 5 years now and I have a question. Does anyone know if, when you get tickets you have any chance of upgrading over the years till you get tix you like. Or once you get tix those are yours like it or not?

You will have a chance to upgrade your seats but from what most have experienced, there is very very little movement to "better" seats. It also would probably take several years to make any significant movement to a better seat (i.e. lower row or closer to the 50 yd line).

What's the process for upgrading? Is it automatic? And once you like your seats now, you can turn them into PSL's right?

Upgrades are not automatic. You have to request them every year.

You can convert regular season tickets to Seat specific PSL's after you hold the seats for at least one year.
