If its Mike McCaskey, from all I have heard and have been lead to believe about him.... Im walking, Ill be a Cowboy fan, Raider fan, Jaguar fan...  or just may adopt a college team  and chalk Chicago up for done.

I have never heard or seen one single good thing written or said about him.  Even Bin Laden has followers, most people tend to like people with money...makes you wonder how bad this guy really is.

The McCaskeys lobbied for, and got a change in the NFL's ownership rules.

Looks like they are here to stay, unfortunately.

I went to high school with a McCaskey, and have met the family. Still, I'm not homer enough to support their mismanagement of the Bears. Virginia is fine as the figurehead. It's her descendants who are mucking things up.

Mike McCaskey must be a real piece of work man... from what I hear, that guy is going to have a 1 car funeral procession when he pass because he is going to be the only person in it.

I can see Mike McCaskey's Pall Bearers now....  Judas, Dick Cheney, BearsMod1 and a real strong wheel barrow...   they will go with 3 instead of six so they can downsize the family car to a Chevette.  You know how these people are about money....

Instead of a Hearse, they'll just pack him up on a U haul trailer and tow it with the Chevette... Bury him outside of Halas Hall so they dont have to buy a grave plot or use a funeral home... have the players dig the hole.  Do it all in the day time so they dont have to use any electricity.

Why stop at death... Folk ran the team like that for years....might as well keep it going....

Ok Im done... had a stressful day ...had to vent... Mike McCaskey aint that bad...

    (fingers crossed)

    Re: McCrapskis SELL THE TEAM

I cant even get upset with the owners, or upper management.  I am hoping that MMC cashes in on his close friendship with Holmgren, and brings him in.  During his interview with Waddle and Silvy, he sadi one of the things he relished was developing QBs.  I dont think he is looking for a desk job like people are speculating, I think he wants to coach-coach without GM responsibilities.  I am sure he would have input on players in FA and the draft anyway-without all of the headaches of managing the cap/negotiating contracts.
