I would say the Packers Oline is worse.  Aaron Rodgers is running for his life every play.  25 sacks and 40 hits.  for some reason they look better in games.   Bears Oline 11 sacks 30 hits. 

Aaron Rogers is beating Jay in almost every stat category.    Better QB or Better OC?

I agree Packers but their WRs are better at coming back to the ball to bail Rodgers out. Remember you're talkng about a vet corp. Plus Rodgers is quicker to throw the ball away than Jay, Jay looks to make a play on the move, which sometimes isnt the best decision.

Cutler has been hurried at a higher %. He's one of the more mobile QBs in the NFL. Rodgers hangs on to the ball and takes sacks instead of trying to make a play and force things.

It's a combination of the Bears being a little worse at the O line, the Packers having the best WR group in the NFL, and the Packers actually having a competent OC.

I agree that GB receivers are better.  They come back to help quite a bit.

Bears. GB has better O coaching and are better in the interior of their line. I think the Bears are better at the Tackle than GB though. If not for Jay's mobility his sacks and hurries would be at or above what Rodgers are.

Agreed that the Bears are worse, GB is better in the middle. Rodgers holds the ball too long. He gets a high QB rating, but this rating doesn't include sacks. He would be a better QB if he threw the ball away and took a hit on his QB rating.

Rodgers will take a sack any day which can be a good thing, but even he can get at least 7 seconds tto throw the ball. I was watching Cutler and as soon as he snapped the ball he ran to the right instead of dropping back like Rodgers at least gets to do. If the Packers had a line they would be fearsome indeed

Rodgers is beating Cutler in more yardxs because their Coach calls way more passing plays, and plus Driver and Jennings bails him out all the time with some great catches.
His Passer rating is better because he would rather hold on to the ball and take a sack than throw the ball away or try and fit it into a tight spot. This makes his completion vs incompletions ratio much better. Cannot be incomplete pass if the ball never leaves your hands.

I stay in Milwaukee and watch every Packer game. I dont know who's line is worse, but I can tell you this, they are both terrible. But I have yet to see a game where any one of our offensive lineman was solely responsible for giving up 4 sacks.
