Seriously, look back to when we started sucking, it was right after the Honey Bears were dumped.

Well look at it this way. If we had cheerleaders, they could help us avert our eyes to the dismal playing at the games. Maybe then we wouldn't be so rough on the players and coaches after they lose. We wouldn't know what happened lol.

Plus, its good for the economy too. We'd be putting people back to work.

    ..........Beautiful, cheery, girl people.

If you need to watch or see cheerleaders while watching football....go to a highschool game or go buy a girly magazine and sit in the john for 3 hours

    Edit....not 3 hours...more like 30 seconds

and if you don't want to watch them then you don't have to, or are you just scared that you wouldn't be able to keep your eyes away? btw i think if the cheerleaders' salary would count against the  salary cap then we would have cheerleaders.  Da Bears management is just too cheap!!!

If you can't handle 3 hours while watching a mans game without watching or thinking about women....you are pussified and have real serious problems. It's called the pussification of America. You're also severely weak minded.

Cheerleaders are ok.   Another game like the Bears played at SF then I'll be counting the days until the Chicago Bliss of the Lingerie league start play.

nobody called me "weak minded" when i was fighting gladiators with russel crowe!! but being serious for a second, it's arrogant to call people whom you don't even know "weak minded", and i doubt that cheerleaders hinder you ability to watch the game.  speaking from personal experience, people don't watch cheerleaders during the actual game, more like during timeouts, halftime or even before the game.

Papa Bear would be displeased if he knew the Honey Bears were no longer around...

It will be a rude awakening for Jay. No more 10-15 min breaks between possessions as the opponent scores TD after TD. We could have a McNabb situation, where he doesn't realize its within the rules that he actually gets to take the field before the other team has scored. He'll certainly get confused when he sees an opponent punt for the first time in 3 years...hope Lovie is on top of this...

If they got ugly clutzy chicks people may totally focus on criticizing them and not the players.
I swear I saw a cheerleader last Sunday that looked older than me (I think Vikings game). We could hire the original Honey Bears back.

Cheerleaders and football go together like beer and football.  How can you act like they dont go hand in hand?

I definately think we need cheerleaders.  Its pretty sorry that we dont have any...or any football team for that matter.

It depends who you're playing," Martz said when asked about Lovie Smith's get-off-the-bus-running philosophy. "More than anything else, you get off the bus and get in position to hit them in the mouth … pound it in there and then pull it up and hit [Johnny] Knox streaking into the end zone. You do whatever it takes to win."

I got a feelin...whoo hooo...that next years gonna be a good year...that next years gonna be a good year...that next years gonna be a good good year!!!

Does anyone really give one tenth of one sh*t about cheerleaders?   This ain't the late 70's man.

So, you see some hot skanks on the sidelines in short shorts and white boots.  Yippee, then after about 2 minutes, the novelty wears off and you want to see some decent football.

Oh and if we had cheerleaders, Briggs and Urlacher would put a baby in them by the time Devin forgot his first route!

BTW - I have a old family friend that was a Honeybear in the early-mid 80's.   She's in her early 40's now and literally in the looney bin.    Has 3 kids (all different dads) and lost them all in custody battles.  Terribly tragic story.    She was insanely hot though - was like 5'11" at age 17 and then went batsh*t crazy.
